SusTech Darmstadt is a research company of Henkel engaged in the development and modification of functional materials through nanotechnology.

Phenion is a bio-research company of Henkel engaged in the development, promotion and utilization of non-animal test methods to support the Henkel product portfolio worldwide.

Henkel Kindai Laboratories (HKL) is a research cooperation between Henkel KGaA and Kinki University, Japan, focusing on polymer science.
